You need one 1 - 3 lb. weight in your hand for these:
*Side reach = 25 each (total of 50)
*Reverse wood chop = 20 each (40 total)
*Standing Bicyle = 25 each (50 total)
*Side winder = 15 each (30 total)
*Forward bend = 15 each (30 total)
